Merritt’s Bakery began in 1979 when Larry and Bobbie Merritt purchased a small Tulsa cake shop called The Cake Box. With Bobbie’s talent for cake decorating and Larry’s entrepreneurial spirit, they transformed the little shop into a beloved family bakery.

More than four decades later, Merritt’s Bakery remains a second-generation bakery serving Tulsa through life’s everyday moments and biggest celebrations. From morning pastries and family lunches to birthdays, weddings, and holiday traditions, it is an honor to have a place at your table.
